FAQs

How do I become a patient?

Please contact the ARISE service managers at 561-781-0989 or email info@myarisefl.com. Let them know you are interested in a New Patient assessment with Arise Neuromuscular.

What’s the difference between Arise Neuromuscular and Arise Center for Athletic Development?

Arise Neuromuscular is a clinic in which we assess and care for individuals seeking lifestyle improvement and provides treatment of musculoskeletal complaints. Arise Center for Athletic Development provides rehabilitation and performance training solutions with a team of performance coaches, physical therapists, and athletic trainers. Arise Neuromuscular and Arise CAD work together to create a robust support system for our patients and athletes.

What does an “Assessment” entail?

The assessment starts with a thorough history of your current complaints, prior complaints, and any specific goals and concerns you have. By design, we combine local ‘problem area’ evaluation with global movement evaluations to identify your local irritation AND any farther reaching contributors to your situation. The purpose of this goes beyond just getting to know you. It creates a thorough data set to support client education to measure your progress.

Do you accept insurance?

Dr. Masucci is out-of-network with all health insurance carriers and your insurance benefits are based on an out-of-network basis. All fees are your responsibility, but an invoice/superbill will be provided that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Billing codes can be provided in advance so you may contact your insurance to determine your benefits before scheduling your appointment.

I don’t live nearby, can you still help me?

Yes, we are capable of providing remote consultations. Education and rehabilitative exercise are essential ingredients to the success of most clients. We have tools in place to educate and support our remote clients beyond the consultation itself. The first step is getting to know you and the details of your case.
